Troubleshooting Guide: "Key Not Found" During Liveness Detection Configuration

Follow these steps to resolve the "Key Not Found" issue during the configuration of the Liveness detection service:

Step 1: Access the Dashboard

  1. Open the ADVANCE.AI dashboard by visiting https://in.advance.ai/.
  2. Login using your credentials (username and password).

 

Step 2: Verify Your Liveness Key

  1. After logging in, navigate to the "Account" menu.
  2. Click on "Application ID Management".
  3. Locate your key for the liveness configuration from this menu.
    • Ensure that the key used in your Liveness service configuration matches the key listed here. If they don't match, update the key in your configuration to the one listed on the dashboard.

Step 3: First-Time Liveness Configuration

If this is your first time configuring the Liveness detection service, follow these steps to add a new package:
