Customer Portal - How to Check Daily AMC Balance

For customer which are using AMC as part of their payment method, they can self check the remaining AMC Balance.

Please note that the AMC remaining balance displayed are previous day (H-1) balance.In order to solve the customer's need to query daily AMC Balance please follow below step:

1. Login to the customer portal using your username and credential (https://in.advance.ai/)

2. On the Left Menu, Navigate to Billing --> Balance

3. On the Right side of the Screen, click on the tab AMC Balance (https://in.advance.ai/Balance)

In this screen you can query and see the daily AMC Balance of you account.

This feature Support Single, Multiple, Bundled AMC Balance query
