Customer Guidance for Liveness Detection SDK

✅ Before Starting the Liveness: 

Please make sure to do the following,

• 📱 Use the front-facing camera of your mobile device - Make sure to take the liveness using your phone’s front camera for the best results.
• 💡 Ensure proper lighting - Avoid dark places or areas with excessive glare
• 😐 Remove face coverings and accessories - Do not wear a mask, sunglasses, hat, or any other item that covers your face when taking the photo.
• 🧍Use your real face directly - Do not use a photo or video of someone else. Your face must be clearly visible and facing the camera.

🧭 Liveness Detection Steps:

1. Position Your Face.

• Face the camera directly.
• Make sure your face fits within the oval frame on the screen.
• Don’t be too close or too far.
• Look straight at the camera.

2. Move Your Face as Instructed.

You will be asked to move slowly. Follow the on-screen text instructions such as:

• “Move your face closer to the camera.”
• “Now move back a little.”

⚠️ Do not move too quickly or suddenly.

3. 🚫 Avoid the Following.

To reduce the failure attempt, please follow the below condition 

• ❌ Do not wear a mask, sunglasses, or any face coverings.
• ❌ Do not use photos, video recordings, or puppets.
• ❌ Do not perform the process in very dark or overly bright areas.
• ❌ Do not move excessively (no quick swaying or jumping).

🎉 After Successful Verification:

If all steps are completed successfully, you will see the message:

“Liveness successfully verified. Thank you!”

If the verification fails:

You will be asked to repeat the process.

Please check your lighting and face positioning again.
