How Cloudflare WAF Works?

As part of our enhancement, Advance AI will be including CloudFlare WAF (Web Application Firewall) to strengthen our web security in order to serve you better.

What to expect from our change of DNS?

With the change, your system will no longer be connected directly to ADVANCE.AI Server.

Before: Customer -> ADVANCE.AI Server

After: Customer -> Cloudflare WAF -> ADVANCE.AI Server

How would it affect your business?

If your system is managing an outbound whitelist that previously included ADVANCE.AI server, we would like to request to add CloudFare to your outbound whitelist. This is to ensure that your service will not be disrupted after 30th September 2022 with the following change to our enhanced web security feature.
