About the Top Up Feature: “Order” or Message
To provide our customers with a better experience in topping up balances across all ADVANCE.AI accounts, we have successfully launched the "Order" feature on our WebSaaS portal: www.in.advance.ai.
This feature will be effectively launched on August 8, 2022. It is highly recommended for all our customers to request balance top-ups through the system to avoid missed transactions. Please follow the steps for using the "Order" feature on our WebSaaS portal with the guidance below.
Guide on How to Use the "Order" Feature

Visit www.in.advance.ai

Log in using the username and password provided when creating your account (refer to FAQ: question 1 if you don't have access).

After successfully logging in, go to the left sidebar -> Click on "Billing" -> "Order"

Click “Top Up”

Fill in the amount in the "Customized Amount" section, then click Next.

Choose the payment method via remittance transfer, then click Next.

In this step, the details of the ADVANCE.AI bank account and your Order Number will be displayed, click Next.

Select "Click to Upload" to upload your payment receipt, then click Submit.

Please wait for the ADVANCE.AI team to process your balance top-up request. The status will be 'Dealing' until the payment is confirmed.

After the payment is confirmed and received, you will see the balance added to your account. The status will change from 'Dealing' to 'Paid.' The recharged amount will then be reflected on the "Home" dashboard.
