Download Query Report on SaaS Portal for Monthly Usage Report

This tutorial will show you how to obtain a monthly query report on our SAAS Customer Portal. This will help you understand of the usage transaction for monitoring of your service activity within certain time period.

1. Login to the Customer Portal (https://in.advance.ai/): Access the dashboard using your credentials.
2. Select the "Usage Report" option: Look for the "Usage Report" section or tab within the dashboard interface.
3. Choose "Query Report" : Once in the Usage Report section, locate and select the "Service Usage" option.
4. Type of Charge, Services and Account can be select All for get all the data or select the items that you would like to extract.
5. Date: Find the selected date to adjust the date range and reflect the specific date/month you are interested in analyzing (maximum of three month of effective date to be extracted)
6. Transaction ID, you can leave it blank if you want to extract all the record in the selected date.
7. Hit the Query to display on screen or Hit Submit download task to perform Download
8. If you hit the Submit download task button, you can get the download file progress on the right corner of the screen button, "List for Download" and download the file
