We would like to inform that we are going to upgrade ID Document OCR service for KTP checks (OCR KTP Check) to the latest version 3.2.

Upgrade Period: 2024-06-13 18:00 (GMT+7)

Impact: There will be no expected downtime during this service upgrade. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to our support team.

Key Highlights of OCR KTP Check V3.2

Accuracy across main fields has now exceeded 99% — NIK, gender, date of birth, and expiry date.
Improvement in the text recognition mode and the addition of data validation checks — Names will no longer contain numerals, and nationality entries are restricted to "WNI," "WNA," or the actual country name.
