Case management is designed to deal with verifications, which need manual review. It is highly customizable based on the use case of users' organizations. "Cases" is closely paired with KYC Workflows, as the creation of a case is triggered by a Workflow. Users can see the status of clients and determine their cases according to personal judgment. In the KYC scenario, One stop will create a case record when you configure a "Create case" node in a workflow.
