1. Access the AML Workflow
Navigate to your AML workflow and locate the AML Name Screening step.
Click the + (plus) icon immediately after AML Name Screening to add the next step to the workflow.
2. Select the List Action
After clicking the + (plus) icon, select the Action menu, then choose List to add the List function to your AML workflow.
3. Configure the List Action
Click the List step you have added to the workflow to configure its settings.
- Select a List: Choose the list you want to use in the AML workflow.
- Define List Matching Fields: Specify which fields should be matched between the screening data and the selected list.
For example, you can configure Name to match against Name in the selected list.
Ensure that the matching fields are configured correctly based on your screening requirements.
4. Configure Conditions and Routing
You can define Conditions to determine which route a customer should follow based on the AML screening and List matching results.
For example:
- Auto-Approve: If the customer does not match any records in AML Name Screening or the selected List, configure the workflow to route the customer to the auto-approval path.
- Further Review or Rejection: If the customer matches a record in AML Name Screening or the selected List, configure the workflow to route the customer to the appropriate path for further review or rejection, according to your business rules.
Ensure that the conditions and routing logic are configured according to your organization's AML policies and risk assessment requirements.
