How to Set Up a Manual Blacklist in the AML Name Screening Flow

  1. Create a Blacklist
Begin by creating a new blacklist. Click the "New List" button and enter your desired list name. Make sure to select "Blacklist" as the category.
  2. Add Items to the List
Once the list is created, you can add entries manually by filling in details such as:

    • Full Name
    • ID Number
    • Date of Birth
    • Nationality

Alternatively, you can perform a bulk upload using the provided template for faster entry.

  3. Verify the List Entries
Ensure that the entries you’ve added appear correctly in the list.
  4. Integrate the List into Your Workflow
To activate the blacklist in your AML screening flow:
    • Go to the "Workflow" section via the left-hand menu.
  • If your workflow is currently active, please ensure it is deactivated before proceeding.
  • In your existing workflow, click the “+” icon on the checking condition where you want to add the blacklist check.
  • Select “Action”“List”.
  • Click on the list option, then choose "Select List" and select the blacklist you created earlier (e.g., "Blacklist Manual").
  • Click "Save" to apply the changes.
  1. Test the Setup
Once added, you can test the configuration by submitting an AML request. If the submitted name matches an entry in the "Manual Blacklist", it should trigger a hit in the screening process.

Below is an example of a successful hit result using the "Blacklist Manual" list.
