VideoKYC : How to Fix Issue When Camera and Microphone Allowed, but still unable to do videocall (Android)?

Problem

Unable to do videocall because the web says camera or microphone not allowed

 

Solution

  1. Open Chrome app

  2. Setting

  3. Site setting (under advance)

  4. Click camera - allow URL from your domain

  5. Back

  6. Click microphone - allow URL from your domain

  7. Done

Some devices might have URLs automatically blocked by accident in chrome apps
