Problem

Sorry, your video call was not completed. Please try again. and does not allow client to enter video call

Caused

This caused by the client does not click “allow” or “reject“ in 30s or clicks “reject“ using camera or microphone (Vendor side will send error)

When video call status not completed, the agent will stop counting down and shows pop up message of “Current client is disconnected.“ and redirect to the available page. No recording.

Solution
