When doing a call, there are possibility network issue or the connection to the Opentok is not establish,
to check and verify if the communication between the front end and opentok is checked, please follow below workaround,
After the Agent logs in, open the console interface of the browser, switch to the network TAB, and then call to check the communication between the front end and Opentok.
if there are communication establish then there are no issue on the FE to Opentok server,
but if there are no communication then check the network connection and FE config setting.
