VKYC Error "client and agent video not showing"

Problem

Video not showing in both client and agent

  1. This happens because client or agent open another app or call or video call

  2. OS is not update

Solution

  1. Closed all the apps and make sure there is no app or browser using the camera

  2. Establish a new call

or if those step does not work, you can try another solution below

  1. Update to the latest OS (IOS and Android)

  2. Clear browser history

  3. Establish a new call
