Problem

Due to technical issues, your agent is disconnected. Please wait and we will assign the next available agent to you.

Caused

This caused by:

  1. Agent having problem to initialising camera.

  2. Agent open another app that using the camera

When agent opens another app that using the camera, probably the camera (video) still remain in previous app

Solution

  1. Enable the camera and redirected to login page.
